Rentametrix reads your lease book and your market, bed by bed, and shows both in one app. Your PMS stays the system of record. Nothing here writes back to it.

Pick a door

Use it. Start with Your first week. Then the jobs: the Monday standup and the owner monthly report. Account admins: users and roles, resident data access, revoking access.

Understand it. Metrics and definitions says how every number is counted. The glossary covers the words. Data sources and freshness says where each number comes from and how old it can be.

Build on it. Connect your AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor and others). The API overview says what is public today.

What is in the app

• Four lenses on one scope: Velocity (pace, rate ladder, projected NOI), Market (competitor rates, specials, sources), Money (budget and NOI workbook), Records (every lease and bed).
• A chat drawer on every lens that answers from what is on screen.
• A Report library with eight report types.
• A Review inbox for the people who check market data before it is shown.
• An Admin area for users, roles, keys and sync health.
